Need a Spot

Hey guys, I did a search and did not come up with what I was looking for. I am interested in finding a bolt on Pre-runner light bar type bumer for the front of my 1994 Yota. Similar to the one in this picture. http://www.fabtechmotorsports.com/applications/toyota/24wd95-056lug.html
Does anybody else build these other than fabtech? Any help would be great. I would just build one myself, but spare time is a factor.
