You seem to have posted tow things that prolly are NOT connected!
First off forget about the oil pressure! It is most likely a sender problem and truly NOT the real pressure.
Second Is the rear main seal leaking? Is your PCV in good clean condition? Oil out of the dipstick hole is usually from blowby that cannot escape thru the pcv as it was intended.
