Clutch bypass

Need a Spot

So i'm checkin out my clutch safety switch last night ready to bypass it with a toggle. I found a button sticking out of the bottom of the switch. Is this a factory bypass incase the switch fails? It is a 89 amigo.

Possibly a reset button ?

Flick the switch and see what happens. Just make sure your not in gear . . .

NO IT IS JUST THE PLUNGER FOR THE SW , IT GOES ALL THE WAY THRU, IT HAS TO MOVE QUITE A BIT ,WHERE IT IS MOUNTED , IT IS THE WHITE PLASTIC PLUNGER IT SHOULD STICK OUT ABOUT 3/8 INCH JERRY
