The guy is making over $300 for a job that ANY high school graduate should be able to do in less time than 3 hours.
1. Take the fan cowling off of the radiator.
2. Take the hoses off of the radiator.
3. pull the radiator out
4. Install the new radiator
5. Install the hoses
6 reinstall the fan cowling
7. Fill with coolant.

The only alternate would be if auto tranny... if so tranny hoses (tubing) would need to be R&R'd from the old one to the new one.
