Probably a repost, but anyway...
I'm bored with my truck. I have a new bumper and an OME suspension sitting in the garage gathering dust. The bumper needs to be painted and I have all the stuff to assemble the front struts off the truck, BUT I have no motivation to start or even finish these projects. Adding to the frustration of it all is the weather, it's hot here in PHX. I don't mean like 90's and dry, I mean like Hades hot, people melting like butter in a microwave hot, hot like Jessica Alba hot. Basically what I'm saying is it's damn hot.
What could a guy, who has and is used to juggling twenty different projects as a time, do to re-motivate himself? Any ideas?

Break time... re-invigorate (maybe in a cooler climate).
I suspect with so many projects you probably feel like you haven't accomplished much...
I have this problem alot at work. I reprioritize projects dropping those that are no longer relevant and get back at it.

hot like Jessica Alba hot. That's pretty damn hot! Write down all of the projects you need to get done, then go do the easiest one on the list. Usually when I get in that kind of rut, its because I feel like I never get anything done and it zaps my motivation. Completing a few of the quick and simple tasks is a good way to get it back. Aim low.

You are rich Mike, just pay a shop to install the parts. I don't see what the problem is? I was in Gila Bend last week for work though and I agree about the heat. You know that it is hot when starting work at 5 AM seems like a good option.
If all else fails, you can always sell the truck and parts to me at a loss. I like the way you build things, you have good taste.

Speaking of Jessica Alba and ... Mandy Moore Or, if that's not your flavor... how about a shirtless picture of my pale body from the last MWIOR meet. ![[Linked Image]](http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v207/Aquittedfiend/Runs/Badlands%207-7/Badlands7-7041.jpg) Nobody whine about the having to scroll for text either... Jessia Alba can take up all the space she needs.

Yep, not Vegas hot, but we do have a little less asphalt then Sin City (reference intended.) Right click, save as. Harry, HA! My wife likes to think so... Actually, I'm trying to avoid the shops, I really do enjoy doing my own work when I can get to it. Let's see, I've had this one for two years? You'll have to wait another 6, that seems to be my shelf life for ownership. Maybe I'll just try starting on the bumper and see where that leads.

Just try and keep the miles low please. If you get an early start and work in the shade of the garage you should be able to get that bumper installed this weekend before it gets too hot.
