The numbers on the tag really aren't important. The only place I've ever seen them referenced on is the rebuild instructions form.


The tag numbers are important if you're going to rebuild a carb.
A good parts store should ask for that number to get you the correct kit. If they don't ask, you're getting a generic kit, not one more specific to your carb.
