yea what BJ said. although i had 2 sets on rims for my 73 chevy a radial set for the road and a bias ply set for when i went four wheeling. it pays to have a neighbor/friend that lets you store your tires and install them at his garage. it also helped him his sons and his cousin would all go as well. Back to the point radials are best on road bias ply works better off road if you want to do more on road than off or just mild off road go radial.

BJ i have a couple reccomendaions on goodyears, The fortera triple tread,and the wrangler silent armor. high milage tires and great traction. and if you actually have a car the assurance triple tread , those are actually rated at 80 k and are on consumer reports best buy,and won awards. hence the reason goodyear stocks are rising....dang i knew i should have bought some when i had the chance lol.
