Getting the Wheeling Fever

I was looking at the marlin crawler website and on his full lift kit one of the parts it comes with is a 3/8" spring pad, but only one.I was wondering if anyone knows why it comes with only one and if you are supposed to use it with his springs

1985 yota 22RJasper motor w/ cam,webber carb.Marlin histeer & 4"springs, AllPro jonny jointshackles. Bds yj springs upfront. Bilstein 5150's all around. 4.88 yukon gears,detroit locker and truetrac. Fj80 Master cylinder, 33" MTR's
