Need a Spot
Want to adjust my t-bars, but first i would like to know how long (far out) the adjusting bolts should be sticking out stock. Reason being is that i bought the truck used and i'm not sure if they adjusted the t-bars already. The bolts are sticking out about 1.25-1.5". Is it OK to tighten down further???

how much clearance do you have between the upper control arm and the droop stop?

on the frame there is a bracket with rubber bump stop on it that prevents the front suspension from drooping too far...its below the upper control arm towards the back side...

oh, those bump stops.... it looks i have about 0.25-0.5" space on the upper stop and about 1-1.25" on the lower.

i wouldnt go much higher, youll limit your up travel, which is pretty important to keep those front tires on the ground both on and offroad, you could put some low profile bumpstops on there if you do want to go higher, higher you go the harsher the ride...
