I'd do the whole job yourself and save big bucks on labor charges -- it isn't that hard, and there is a great tech article on this website.

IMHO, water pumps aren't expensive enough to not replace them when you do the belt -- Toyota stuff does last longer than other brands, but who wants the hassle of having to basically re-do the belt because the old pump starts to leak?
