Bilstein shocks have a lifetime warranty. Call a local Bilstein retailer and ask them what the procedure is for having them replaced/rebuilt.

I had them rebuild a set for me that were on a '72 Datsun 240Z I bought. They were about 15 years old at the time and were soft and leaking. The local retailer gave me the number to the regional rep. I called there and they said that my shocks hadn't been made for many years, so they couldn't replace them. She said they might be able to rebuild them and she gave me the number to their US headquarters in San Diego and a contact name. I spoke with that guy and he said they hadn't been made in years, but that he would dig around and see if he could scrounge enough parts up to rebuild one set. Sure enough, he called me back and said he found just enough parts to rebuild one set. He rebuilt them and shipped them back very quickly. It was a great experience and now I run them on my truck as well. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/cheers.gif" alt="" />
