OK here is my problem:
On my way back home from the last Rubicon trip the "check engine light" came and it felt as if the iddle was off. So I stop to check the engine bay and notice some sort of vacuum leak coming from underneath the top plastic cover (front) so to play it safe I unplug the harness to (what people say) is the lower plenum butterfly. After messing with it for a bit the check engine light went off for awhile but then came back again later on, I was so tired that I just kept driving home with the engine light on.
Made it home OK and the next day I check with more detail and notice that air leak is coming from the plastic little part on the lower plenum. (sorry but don't know what the actual name is...will look it up on the manual tonight)
Is this like a symptom when the lower plenum needs to be replace or is it just that "little plastic part" that needs to be replace?
Thanks for any inputs you can offer me! <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/cheers.gif" alt="" />
