If you've got a two-piece unit, pay particular attention to the rubber bushed center bearing. If you feel the vibe and push in the cluth does it go away? If it's 4WD than the rear driveshaft and take it for a spin to help isolate what area it's coming from. I would put my cash on the U-Joints were worn and you just did them in towing the tractor.
