Getting the Wheeling Fever

I am considering running military spec H1 tires, Goodyear 36"x16.5 and was wondering how they are on and off road. I cannot find any info on them. Such as reliability, noise, 35 PSI performance on road.....I would like to know pretty much what anyone would ask about a tire. I know that they come with BB's on the inside to aid in balancing them out. What can y'all tell me. Thanks.
