I just did the e-lock mod to my '93 Runner....you definitely loose the ABS. Remove the wire tail coming from the body, there is a connector near the gas tank. Then use the wire holders for your e-locker wire harness. And, remove the fuse, as said earlier or your ABS light will remain on.

This mod rocks by the way.....so nice to be able to push a button and have full lock to get through mud or over a rock...and still have good snow drivablilty when it is not locked.
