With just a 3" susp. lift you can forget about 33's no matter what offset you use (simply not enough room in the front).
You can do 3" susp. + 3" body which will allow using 33's or 34's with the right offset (ask bigpoppax2, he's running 34's).

For 32x11.50x15 or 265/75/16 you'r best bet is running the stock rims (for 16's) or 15" rims with similar offset.
If you go with neutral offset you'll rub even with 31's (i've got this set up) & you'll endup trimming anyway.

Than again if you don't mind doing A LOT of trimming you coulg fit 33's with just susp. lift (but it will not be pretty).
