Keep an eye on the visible rubber, after a year or less on biodiesel the rubber will begin to deteriorate. What you will see is the fuel lines soften, maybe swell, depending on the condition of the rubber when you start with biodiesel. Most of the rubber in the three vehicles I have been running on 100% biodiesel during non-freezing weather for two years, was so hard to begin with that most of it is holding up very well.
