there will only be one chain.

and- the point of all this is to get lower gears. there is an easier way than complete fabrication from scratch. why not take it?

one more thing- getting tires this next weekend, used TSL's just to get me into next year or so.

as soon as i have some extra cash for the zuk tranny and the adapters and toy t-case(s). i'm going to get them one piece at a time, put it together nice and slow and drop it in. so, be done around x-mas, i hope.

from the sounds of things though there is no "easy" way for those of us with the manual transmissions at the moment though. But what got me thinking is you said that there is adapters that would bolt up to the end of the transmission allowing us to make use of other transfer cases? did I understand this correctly?
because if that is the case I may have to do some talking with my dad about making a custom output shaft that drops down to the required 21 or 23 spline shaft for use of a different transfer case.
