A buddy of mine put the same type of seats in his '92, same problem getting in and out with 37's. The Supra seats have a high thigh bolsters as well, not as bad as the Kragen seats. I have learned to use the the sliders to get in and out, otherwise I knock the power adjustment levers off. I wouldn't normally be to concerned with the levers except the seat isn't adjustable w/o them.
