I've had 4 SWB Montero/Raiders, the last an 89 V6 Raider. It's terrific. Better mileage, more power, larger gas tank, more reliable and on and on. Find one that doesn't smoke and change the oil and filter religiously - at least that's the advice I was given. I have a bit over 200K miles, and it's still going strong. It's a good tow rig - I've towed my 4X8 utility trailer up to 90mph. I've removed the rear seat and replaced it with a lock box to carry all the stuff I hope I never need. I've replaced both front seats with "bouncy" seats. It has taken me through very bad conditions. I love it.
