If you can reach them with your fingers you should be able to BEND a wrench to get in there...If not then you may have to weld an extension to the BENT wrench.. Yeah it don't seem right but if you were to look on my bench you'd find an assortment of wrenches that have done their duty!
I have even drilled holes to put a long socket into to get to some of them..
