If it is the same concept for a 95 then locate the brake fluid resevoir. Note any wires coming out of the resevoir.
The wires would be from the brake fluid switch. Follow the
wires to the connector. The connector could be the problem.
Also you coud take off the cap of the brake resevoir and move the float in the fluid. That could move or excercise the fluid switch enough to clean the contacts.
