I put a 12,000 lbs milemarker winch on it, installed my headlight washers (Angelo: I see why you need PVC pipe now; thanks! <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/kewl.gif" alt="" />) installed my turn signal kit, outside temperature sensor, factory fog lights, winch control box, and that's about it. The new frame horns were fabricated out of 3/8" plate with heavy duty spacers and hardened washers in between. I mounted the bumper to the truck with a total of 6 bolts, 3 on each side. engauge/free-spool lever is easily accessible through bull bar opening. I have to say, I really like the way it turned out. I like the idea of having my head light washers back. after not having them for close to 9 months, they are just the coolest thing going on my bumper right now. everyone asks "what are these things?" and when i tell them they want to see them work. its like no one ever saw headlight washers before. enjoy the pics.
