I noticed your mm 12k is mosefet mine wasn't it just had 2 poppers inside the control box and it was screwed together not rivited. On another note when it took my mm gear box apart the inside cover said t-max on it.

yeah, kinda looks that way, you need atleast 1/2" of space cause the frame will flex a little and when it does, its going to eventually knock those flares loose a bit.

Another thing I noticed, If the guy that fabbed up your frame horns used the exsisting frame and just built off of it, I might be worried. Those frame horns are strong, but def not designed to take anymore stress like a winch pulling at max force. Maybe if he "boxed" in the frame with a plate in the front so you cant see inside it, might help out greatly.

My buddy had cut mine off completely past the factory tow hooks and attached it back from there. You want a smooth appoarch angle and nothing to hold you up if it gets close to those tow hooks. Just something to think about.

Looks great. I thought you had the 2.5 body style. Mine didnt have the light mounts (among other things). Did you have to drill out for the light washers?

yes, you drill and hole through the bumper and use PVC pipe to mount them from underneath.

thanks

or blow out a headlight, impact shock will transmit into the glass housing and shatter it.

well, in my case, if you are going through 4wheelparts, it will probably take 3 months. then if fedex loses it, it will be another 3 months for them to re-ship another one from aussieland. then if 4wheelparts forgets to process the claim through fedex who lost the first bumper, add another month, so in total for me it was about 8 months. but if all goes well for you, 2-3 months.

Need a Spot
I just contacted sportztrailers.net and they said they have to order the bumper from Florida and that it would only take 5 extra business days. This is for ARB part #3434020 for a '91-'00 Deluxe Winch Bar. Here's a link to the site and the page that has the bumper: http://app.vendio.com/storefront?vi...sid=288192&mode=1&pnum=2

Price seems fair and the cost for shipping to CA was quoted as $80. I assume that's ground of course.

I hope to get mine sometime soon myself.
