MAN now you really lost me, there is a fuel pump relay,open circuit relay, what does that relay do? how can i jump the open circuit relay on the passenger side? it is a big black relay.
power goes from ignition to fuell pump relay on driver side then to open circuit relay then??

There is no "fuel pump relay", the Circuit Opening (CO) relay is what sends power to the fuel pump among other things. Here is the circuit diagram from the web page I posted earlier and there is a full description of the relay, location, etc. there as well:
