Have you ever done a clutch before? If so, it's pretty straightforward. There are a few tricks, like packing the pilot bearing with grease, and fitting a bolt or metal rod in the center that it fits tight, and then hitting it with a hammer. This forces the grease out and pops the bearing out.

Rent a good tranny jack, and ratchet strap the trans to the jack.

Get a LONG (20" at least) extension, plus a few other various length extensions. And get a swivel socket adapter (Harbor Freight sells a set cheap) NOT a ujoint (the swivel limits travel, wont bind)

You should inspect and possibly get the flywheel resurfaced by a machine shop during the clutch replacement. When you take the flywheel off, inspect and possibly replace the rear main seal if it leaks at all (might even be a good idea to replace it even if it doesnt leak. )

Get a factory Asco clutch. They are around 120 at www.jtoutfitters.com call and specifically ask for an asco
