Getting the Wheeling Fever
Went out wheeling Sunday and got my self stuck no 5 minutes out:

We were out at what we call the "sand pit" (just a big wash) after a good size amount of rain. The wash was running pretty good. Anyways, I decided to try a little mud right at the edge of the running water and (suck); front buried to the bumper. Wonderful!!! My brother tried to pull me out with his ej22 powered Subaru and got noware. Dad then came and started pulling me out with his truck. All he was doing was digging 4 holes. Tried another direction with the same results. After that we tied 2 of the longest tow ropes we had to try and get dad on more solid ground. That made it much eisier and boink! I was out! If dad didn't have the truck, I don't think even all 5 of our subarus pulling wouldn't have gotten me out. It was lotso' fun, though.

Here's a vid I made:

Yup. It's on the list of things to get, just have to be patient with the savings account. LSD in the rear would be helpfull too.
Thing is, it's only about 2 months out of the year where we get consistant rain storms every day. The rest of the year, it's like, a storm a month, at most. Although I was on one trail where I dragged the frame rails over this one hill with just enough space for my Sportage between two rather large rocks. That was fun. Especially since about a 1/4 mile down that trail, we hit the end. So, I had to go back over that little ridge and SCRAPE over it. Funny thing was , there was a couple with a lifted bronco that watched me go over that both directions. He was quite impressed with my little Sportage.

Body Damage is Cool
Just get some larger than stock AT tires or MT tires and you'll probably be all set.

Great pics and awesome video by the way.

Keep getting it muddy!

Bigger MT tires (and truck chains mounted) just means bigger stucks. Here's mine from last Christmas.

Took a dozer to pull in out two weeks later after the rains subsided. That's my best stuck!
