DD Are you still working on that thing? I have installed many common lectric fuel pumps on vehicles for one reason or another.. I ahve never found it necessary to add a regulator. Ok so you have done all that stuff to the engine and it still does the same thing? Has nothing helped? Why not give us a play by play.. Mostly when was the carb rebuilt? Before the problems of as a result of the problems? Simply throwing parts at a problem is NOT the answer.. First thing is to do a good job of troubleshooting to find out zackly what part is misbehaving.. Then only one part changed out will solve a problem.
