Need a Spot

I put a new 22re long block in my 1986 toyota 4-runner.
started it and began timing it... and with it running good like still pulling it would idle at 1500 if i reved it . But if i turn it to where it idles normal but is way slugish... als i need is to be showen how o reset the ecu or adjust the TPS... some pics on it would help to thx ..,,..
... Its a 1986 4-runner 4x4 22re
