Hello and Welcome to the wire! I did some digging around on this a while ago and found that LT265 75R16's fit fine without any issue. I think if you wanna go larger you will need a body/susp. lift. As far as tire brands, really depends on what type of driving you do (pavement/offroad/both) and weather you are expecting to drive in. I used BFG all terrains and have nothing but good things to say about them: good all around tire IMHO.
