its easy to pull the thermostat and check it out but if your losing fluid and there is no leak then not to sure what that would be.

I got the old one and it was stuck shut, so i got a new one, put it in and let it run a bit, seems to be fixed <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/kewl.gif" alt="" />

For the speedo, take the cable back off of the t-case and attach it to a drill. Run the drill in reverse and see if the speedo moves.
If it moves, you need to replace the speedo adapter gears (about $30 at the dealer). 1 bolt holds the adapter, and then it all slides right out.
