Not really that hard to make your own puller.

Machine screw long enough to go through rod, socket, couple of washers, and a nut.

Put washer that is about the same OD as the bushing on machine screw.

Stick screw and washer through one side of rod.

Stick socket with open side toward the rod, on the other side of the rod.

Place washer and nut on screw.

Tighten nut to center.

Tighten nut holding other end with screwdriver if necessary.

The washer will pull the bushing into the inside of the socket, removeing it from the rod.

I have used this for removing bushings and wrist pins for years.

You can also install the bushings the same way.

The new bushings should be fitted to the wrist pins with a hone.
