Finding a job is easy, I could have one tomorrow... in a school system or skilled nursing facility. Finding an outpatient ortho job is much harder; and that is the only setting I'd be happy in. The rarity of these positions is what made me jump on this job as quickly as I did. No use leaving a less than optimal location just to move into an nonprefered practice setting.
