I just talked to the owner on this one. He says he doesn't think it's factory, because when he was poking around and removed the cover over the front seats, he said it has plywood under it.
He thinks maybe it was some kind of kit someone made long long ago.

It doesn't look like a terrible job though.

Man, if that was factory, I might have had to buy it.
