Welcome to the wire!

For your engine, you'll want to verify that you have the updated crank pulley bolt. Check here for more info.

Learn to use the SEARCH function here. It will save you lots of time. Most anything you'll want to inquire about has already had lots of write-ups on. Of course, if you can't find what you're looking for, ask away.

You can find everything you need to know about Montero's right here. If you wrench a few things to have is the factory service manual FSM, hard copy on Ebay or there is the Russian site that has it in PDF form. The other nice thing to have is the dealer CAPS parts program, plug in your VIN and look up parts.

Welcome to the wire. The only way you will find out, if you dont search first, is by asking, so there is no dumb questions, I still ask them

Sometimes those searches can be agravating, it will give you a huge search and sometimes not narrow down what you are looking for. I still have trouble looking for what I'm looking for sometimes, its weird

Best of luck, and if you ever want to take a long trip and visit NC, we have Uwharrie where we usually go wheelin.

Thanks everyone for being so friendly. It is quite funny that LRJ4x4 mentioned tires and the ongoing discussion about them. I think what ever tire one whishes to have is the one that their local tire shop will cram on the 6ö wide rims. At least thatÆs what IÆm doing.

Sparkem St Benard is recovering slowly

Thanks for the welcome everyone.
