I just changed from R12 to R134. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/lol.gif" alt="" /> I removed the core from the tire valve type low pressure fitting and screwed on the proper R134 fitting. Then with $16 hose and gage, put in a few cans of R134 and a can of lubricant. Works great. The Montero system, even with the chevy compressor, is much colder than the chevy AC. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" />
