Yes, and yes. Recently rotated and balanced...just last weekend.

When the ABS light is not on, the ABS works. I tried last night. When it is on, it apparently shuts off the system. Tried that this morning.

I read in the FSM that the light can be reset pretty easily. I might try THAT, and if it comes back on, then do some more in depth trouble shooting. Wife is leaving for the weekend, so that gives me plenty of time to work on MY 'Richie-do' list.
