Just tried to install my new radiator from Radiator Barn today. I got the HD one which has the same width and height dimensions as the regular one.

However, upon measuring, the height of the stock radiator that I was replacing is about 1" longer than the new one (16.75" vs. 15.75"). This causes issues with mounting the shroud i.e. it can't be done wihtout trimming 1" off the shroud.

With all this positive feedback on this site about RBarn, has anyone else had to do shroud trimming? I thought these radiators were supposed to be drop in for 1985 4Runners, or whatever car you choose.
