Now that I have my lil truck running OK, I'm wondering is I need to replace the Control Module. During a "luke warm" start, I hear the relays chattering both inside it and the glow plug relays. While I haven't tried the dealer, I'm wondering if anyone knows of any aftermarket replacements. Non-North American suppliers tend to cost a lot more because of shipping. Or could it be a problem with the temp sensor, since it just barely reached the "normal" range on the gauge after the rebuild (180 deg thermostat).
Seattle gets too cold to do without and I've burned out two sets of glow plugs using a button <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/lol.gif" alt="" />

I can probably sell you mine for cheap, I don't think I'm going to be using it in my swap. I'll let you know for sure in a few days, if you are still in need. Dylan
