Stop in one day (or at another location) see if they cant print you out a new receipt.... Also how did you pay credit card / check - theres proof....

talking to the 15 yr olds (no offense to any on here) probably wont get you far... I had an issue with 1 store - I had to call another store to get corporate HQ... the orig store didnt want to give any info..

OH heck I'll tell the story - My brother stopped at JLube for a oil change & a tire rotation, he was on a weekend leave and had to back at the base the next morning, well the genius who rotated the tires didnt put the lugs back on all the way... I had to run down a jack and complete it... the car was 50' if that from the store - I walked back and nicely said hey my bro's car is sitting down the road (you could see the car from the shop) and the wheels fell off... did they come to help, nope they said it wasnt them that HE must of went home and loosened them..... Guy was like I used XXXX model impact and blah blah, to which my reply was... 'yeah but you have to know how to use it..' so long story short - called HQ they sent him some coupons....... Which he will NEVER go there again anyway.......
