BJ is right -- it's most likely that your blower speed resistor is toast. Replacing it should fix your problems. However, I would also hceck the blower fuse -- sometimes, when the last segment of the resister blows out, it takes the fuse with it. But usually, it's just the resistor. Jeeps been doing that since the CJ's were made.
