Hey Guys,

I picked up a 85 Mighty max and it was running warm under the hood. The Gauge read fine but everything was hot to the touch. I pulled all the factory AC parts out hoping that would free up some room for air flow. The AC system was dead anyway. I also removed the "gap" guards in the front wheel wells to allow more air to pass into the engine compartment. Since then the truck has cooled down. Down side is you cant go splashing through puddles but i think running cool is more important.
