Again thanks for the help an tips.

Still big concern is about the timing belt not align on the sprocket.

Also how much does it cost for labor to change a timing belt?

I would like to do it, though I have no experience of ever changing a timing belt, an though I have the Haynes manual, still is a big risk to screwing something up.

Looks can be deceiving when it comes to timing belts. ones that look bad are obvious. But, ones that may look good, can be trouble waiting to happen. Any service/maintenance history on it? If in doubt, CHANGE it! Better safe than sorry <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/kewl.gif" alt="" />

Brendan showed me that when we (read HE) changed mine lat month. It almost looked like new, but when you bent it a little, it really cracked along the bend.
