I would like to know if the part number for the '89 montero (auto/3.0) is the same as some other vehicles. I think the number is md614283. My question is would a Galant or minivan use the the same number? Would it be a different part number for the exact same part? I am ignorant of the part number scheme.

Where would I look in the bone yard to find the same part ?
I would like to find an extra.

I thought the new ones were like 70 dollars not 150.
