Not worth it, IMO (and I'm a carb guy). For the amount of work involved AND you'll be losing all the upsides to EFI. You'll wind up with less power, less economy, more stuff to screw up adjustment wise, and less ability to run the engine on steep angles.

That said, yes the intake will bolt right up. Only 4 wires to the carb:
1 Choke heater (off terminal L on alternator)
2 Idle fuel cut solenoid +
3 Idle fuel cut solenoid -
4 Outer vent control valve +

You'll need to change over to the carb coil/ignitor too I think.
