I haven't blown out the evap yet due to taking apart the box. What is up with an orifice tube? Where is it located?

'87 4Runner SR5 I bought new in 1987, just turned 307,000 and still going strong! Toyhead "Cheater" cam, 2 1/2" exhaust, high flow cat, 4" body lift, 31's, Rancho's, manual hubs, Zukked rear Eibach Spring set up, hot water heater...
