no ,but wasnt too hard to make one with an upolstery needle set from wal-mart.I used heavy cloth,but I found a discount store with auto seat cloth ,looks almost like stock.place is called hammers in winchester tn they sell it for 5-9 bucks a yard.I have the same seat and could not find a good fit store made.
