There is a condition where the fuel "leaks back" into the tank while the engine is off.. To test this go out in the morning and turn the key to the "run" position without hitting the starter. Leave it there for a 10 count and then hit the starter.. If this works just do it every morning as it is easier than the repair...
Fuel is usually the culpret in extended start problems..
One injector wouldn't usually cause the problem indicated.
