The geometry of the front wheels is deceided at the factory with stock setback wheels in mind.. When changing the setback of the wheels the geometry is changed. THIS alone can cause tire wear and squeal when turning.
The squeal is caused by tire SLIDE SIDEWAYS on the surface of the road.
