Just thought I would post back onto what I found as the solution incase someone else runs into this same type of problem. Mine turned out to be a Faulty AFM the first ohm test was supposed to be around 400 ohms and measured 30K. Found a new afm in spec for 40.00 from guy at work and all is good now.
